Cancellation Policy
Service Appointment Policy At Pro Washers Muskoka, we strive to deliver a smooth, reliable, and professional experience from booking to completion. Please review the following policies related to your service appointment: 1. Booking Confirmation All appointments are confirmed via email or text once your booking is finalized. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to receive updates and reminders. 2. Cancellations We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75, as we reserve that time slot and prepare resources specifically for your project. 3. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. For rescheduling requests within 24 hours, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, but a reschedule fee of $50 may apply depending on crew availability and travel plans. 4. No-Show Policy If no one is present at the property (where required for access) and we are unable to perform the work as scheduled, this will be treated as a no-show. A $100 fee may apply to cover travel and lost time. 5. Weather Delays Outdoor services may be affected by weather conditions. If poor weather impacts safety or quality, we will notify you and reschedule at the earliest possible opportunity, at no additional cost. 6. Access Requirements Please ensure access to water, electrical outlets (if required), and the work areas on the scheduled day. All pets should be secured, and outdoor furniture or fragile items should be moved if possible. If special arrangements are needed, let us know in advance. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of your service. We will make it right in accordance with our Smiling Guaranteed policy. 8. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit, debit, e-transfer, or online payments. Late payments may be subject to a 2% monthly fee.
